Note: We do not guarantee the long-term retention of results unless explicitly stated on the individual service page. Guaranteed services are clearly marked, and any applicable refill conditions will also be displayed there.

3. Service Delivery

Most services are automated and processed quickly after payment.
Delivery times may vary depending on service type and platform constraints (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Pi Fame reserves the right to adjust, cancel, or refuse orders if any misuse, abuse, or violation of platform policies is detected.

4. Guarantees and Refills

Some services may come with a refill guarantee. This means if the quantity delivered drops below what was ordered during the guarantee period, we will refill it once at no extra charge.

The guarantee period will be clearly stated on the service page.
We do not offer refunds under these guarantees — only refills if eligible and requested within the guarantee window.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are not issued by default due to the nature of digital services.
Pi Fame may issue a refund at its sole discretion, and if so, the refund will be made to the customer’s wallet within the store, not to external payment methods.
Refunds cannot be transferred out of Pi Fame or converted into fiat or other currencies.
